Getting Started
This guide will walk you though the signup process and adding your first website, and setting it up properly with Concurra.
Creating an Account
Begin the registration process by creating an account at the account creation wizard. Enter your name, an email address that we may contact you at, and enter a password. Should your email be previously registered, you will not be able to create a new account. Click "Create Account" when you are ready to proceed.
Please contact [email protected] if you experience difficulty creating an account.
Website Details
Enter your website details using the fields on the "Website Details" step. Enter the URL (including the www. if your website requires) and name of the website you would like to track using Concurra. You can also change the protocol from "HTTPS" to "HTTP" by clicking the "Allow Unsecure" checkbox and selecting the "HTTP" protocol. Warning: For the best and safest Concurra experience and for the security of your website visitors, it is recommended that you secure your site using HTTPS. At any time during this process, you can return to previous steps to make corrections and change your website's details using the "Previous Step" button in the top left corner.
Once you have verified the information, click "Add Website and Continue" to proceed to the next step.
Select Plan
Select a website plan on the "Select Plan" step that best suits the needs of your website. Plans are "per website" and provide additional features, and more capacity for the website they are purchased for. You may only have one free website at a time.
Once you have selected the the plan you would like for your website, click "Choose Plan" to proceed to the next step.
Payment
If you have selected a paid plan, you will be prompted to enter your payment details. Enter your payment details and click "Submit Payment and Continue" to proceed to the next step. All payment information is sent over a Secure SSL connection to protect your identity and payment details.
If you have selected a free plan, you will still be prompted to enter a payment method to save for later use. This payment method will not be charged unless you have selected a website plan or upgrade your plan. You can choose to enter a payment method to save, or you can simply skp this step and proceed.
Tracking Code
To complete this process, you must have access to edit your website's source code, an understanding of editing HTML (or have a web developer who can help you), and have your Concurra account and website properly set up.
To set up your Concurra tracking code:
-
Copy the code in the tracking code box to your clipboard.
-
Paste your unaltered tracking code, in its entirety, into every page that you wish to track or have Concurra interact
with. Paste it immediately before the

Once your tracking code has been placed on your website, click "Verify Tracking Code" to proceed to the next step.
Busy? Send your Tracking Instructions Via Email
You can send your tracking code insertion instructions via email by using inputing the email addresses (separated by a comma) in the form field on this page and clicking "Send Instructions and Skip Tutorial".

Your tracking code will automatically verify on this final step. Wait for the loading display to return a "Verified" or "Not Verified" message
before proceeding to the next step. If your code was unable to be verified, make sure your code appears unaltered and immediately before the

Please contact [email protected] if you experience difficulty verifying your tracking code.
Once you have verified your tracking code, click "Continue" in the upper right hand corner to proceed to your website dashboard. You have successfully set up your first website in Concurra.
