Change Your Account Details

To edit your account details including name, email, password, and local/time settings, access the "Account Details" view by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner of the Concurra interface. Here you can change your account details, manage payment methods and invoices, and manage account access settings.

Changing your account details:

General Settings

To manage your account's general settings including name and email, navigate to the "Account Details" view and select the "General" tab. Simply type the changes into the inputs and click "Save Changes." Changing your email will cease email delivery to the previous email address and direct all future email deliveries at your new email address.

Password Management

To manage your account's password settings, navigate to the "Account Details" view and select the "Password Management" tab. Enter your current password, enter your new password, and verify your new password by typing it again in the "Verify New Password" field. Click "Save Changes" to save your new password.

Local & Time Management

To manage your address, locale, and timezone information, navigate to the "Account Details" view and select the "Local & Time" tab. Simply type the changes into the inputs. Click "Save Changes" when you are finished. Changing to a different timezone will alter the way dates and times are displayed on Concurra to that particular timezone.
