Account Access

Account access features allow you to control the details of other accounts owned by yours or give them access to websites that you own. Sub accounts allow you to manage employees or other people whom you want to give access to interact with your websites on Concurra without giving them total ownership. Client accounts are only available to individuals with an agency level account. Client accounts behave like regular accounts, but allow their agency owners to log into them and make changes as if they were the client.

Create a Sub Account or Client Account

To create a sub/agency account, navigate to the "Sub Accounts" view by clicking your username in the top right hand corner and clicking "Sub Accounts" from the dropdown. Select "Create Account" from the left hand menu. If you have an account with agency level privileges, you'll be able to toggle whether you want to create a sub account or a client account.

Fill out the account details, password settings, and locale & time settings. Click "Save Account" and the account will be ready for usage.

Sub Accounts

Treat sub accounts like employees; they cannot add websites, they cannot add payment methods, but they can interact with your websites on Concurra just like you, the account owner. You can manage details for your sub accounts including email, password, and time settings. Sub accounts must be added to websites individually through the individual website's settings view under the "Account Access" tab.

In the account access tab, you can select a user account from the "Add Account" dropdown and click "Save Changes" to add the account to the website. You can also remove a sub account from the website by clicking the "Remove" button to the right of the accounts table.

Agency Features & Client Accounts

Accounts with agency level privileges can create a special type of account called the "Client Account" which function exactly like normal accounts in which they can have their own websites, their own payment methods, and their own sub accounts, but the agency account and log in as the client account and make changes as the client account.

To log into an agency account, navigate to the "Client Accounts" view by clicking your username in the top right hand corner and clicking "Client Accounts" from the dropdown. Select "Client Accounts" from the left hand menu and click "Login" for the account you would like to login as from the right hand side of the client accounts table.

While logged in as a client account, you can perform all of the functions a normal Concurra user could perform. Once you are finished, select the account name from the upper right hand corner of the Concurra interface and select "Logout" from the dropdown menu, and you will be logged out of the client account and back into your own.
